Cindy is a clinical psychologist whose treatment areas include chronic pain and injury management, mood and affective disorders, trauma, adjustment to illness, workplace stress and personality disorder. She a particular interest in the interaction between personality and mental and physical health conditions. More recently she has been extending this focus to understanding the influence of personality on medical conditions and on facilitating optimal patient outcomes post diagnosis, injury, or surgery. She has extensive experience in assessing and treating individuals with occupational injury and work disability, and she has published research into the psychosocial aspects of return to work processes for compensable injury. In addition to clinical work Cindy has held academic appointment with Charles Darwin University in the Northern Territory and is Senior Lecturer in the College of Medicine and Public Health, Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia.

Chrystalla is a clinical psychologist and a Northern Territory local with over 15 years experience in the provision of psychological services. She is experienced in assessing and treating mental health conditions including mood and affective disorders, trauma, and adjustment disorders. A large proportion of her current practice is within the compensable injury arena, focusing on chronic pain self-management, trauma therapy, adjustment disorders, and the psychosocial factors that impact recovery and return to work from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents. Chrystalla is experienced in the assessment of psychological disorders related to occupational injury and offers comprehensive independent psychological assessment services in this area. She is available to provide consultancy to employers and insurers for facilitating successful return to work outcomes for their employees. As a nationally accredited mediator Chrystalla provides mediation services for civil matters and has a particular interest in resolving workplace disputes. Chrystalla is currently an appointed member of the NT Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Advisory Council. She also holds approved supervisor status with the Psychology Board of Australia and is available to provide supervision for Clinical Psychology area of practice endorsement.

Cheryl is a registered psychologist who is interested and has experience in utilizing evidence-based interventions in the treatment of adults and adolescents with a range of issues such as anxiety and affective disorders, stress-related issues, eating disorders, and adjustment disorders when undergoing life transitions including work injury and disability. Facilitating normal grief and loss, and providing therapeutic support for complicated grief issues are also areas of interest. She has particular interests in many areas falling under the discipline of Health Psychology, including managing the psychological impact of disease, adjustment to illness, improving quality of life, trauma, pain management, end of life issues and survivorship. Coping responses to hazardous events such as cyclones remain a strong interest following research in this area for her honours thesis.
